The "Cthulhu" is a Skeet Scienski design that is meant to be a Phenakistiscope! A Phenakistascope is an animation on a disc. You would need to look at the spinning disc through a slotted piece of paper to see the animation, or you can record it with a camera.
Currently there is only one run of this design and it was an Artist Edition that came with a Certificate of Authenticity and a 3" round sticker. This initial run was comprised of 50 Cosmic Neutron Photon's, 50 Fission Reactors, 50 Fission Tesla's, 50 Soft Neutron Envy's, and 50 Neutron Lifts. 250 total discs in circulation!
