ORC IS HERE TO SERVE WITH THE AMAZING FEATURES BELOW.

THE TRUE MULTI-PURPOSE OFF ROAD BACKPACK / BAG HAULING CART THAT WORKS WITH MOST ANY BAG & NUMEROUS OTHER KINDS OF EQUIPMENT.

WHY ORC?

GROUND CLEARANCE: O.R.C. has over 9” of ground clearance to navigate over boulders and other obstacles that will stop other carts in their tracks.

TRUE QUICK RELEASE WHEELS: O.R.C. has true quick release wheels that detach in seconds and the axles stay in the wheel so they cannot become lost. Other products either have a knob or a long threaded bolt to remove the wheels from their cart for storage. Both these can become lost and are time consuming. Some competitors charge as much as $16 for what they call a quick release axle that is just the same long thread bolt with a plastic knob molded on it.

NON SPINNING AXLES: O.R.C. is the only quick release pin axles cart that has a stop built into the axles to prevent the axle spinning in the event of a stuck bearing. All other pin axle designs don’t have this stop allowing them to spin in their frames if a wheel bearing seizes. This can potentially destroy the frame of the cart. This potential failure cannot happen on an O.R.C.

UNLIMITED CONFIGURATIONS: O.R.C. has been designed to allow for an unlimited number of configurations. Whether you are on the disc golf course, at a competitive shooting competition or hiking the Pacific Coast Trail you can configure an O.R.C. to haul your gear for you improving your performance by reducing fatigue. It is a multi-purpose tool.

BREAK DOWN: O.R.C. breaks down quickly and easily allowing for quick and easy storage or transportation. In addition O.R.C. can have the upright and stingers removed using a standard allen wrench for shipping or long term storage. Most competitor’s product are welded together and cannot be broken down further. Most competitors have a handle that telescopes to provide adjustment and break down. This is the limit of their ability to become smaller for storage.

16” WHEELS:  O.R.C. has large 16” *foam tires that will not go flat in the middle of a round of disc golf.  Most competitor products have 8” to 12” wheels. While this limits their ground clearance as discussed above it also makes them more difficult to roll over obstacles on the ground.

DURABILITY: O.R.C. has been tested on one of the roughest disc golf courses in North Idaho and potentially one of the roughest courses in existence. There is no limit to the amount of beating the boulders in the bottoms of Corbin Park cause to equipment attempting to navigate them. O.R.C. was tested by running it the entire course an average of 2 rounds a day for approximately 6 months. Any short comings were identified and corrected within the first month. O.R.C. performed without issue for the remaining 5. After the initial attempt by the owner all competitor carts almost always reside at home when the owner is playing a round at Corbin with their equipment on their back.

*The ORC is also available with Pneumatic tires that are rated at 180lbs each.  If you would prefer this option just let us know in the notes section of your order.
