One of the best ways to warm up before a round or a tournament is to play some catch. If you ever go to a Pro Tournament you can often find pros throwing a catch disc in the parking lot! The Flubby Wubby is a great disc to play catch with! It is also a great disc to use with your kids as it is very soft and will not hurt your hands trying to catch it like a disc golf disc will.
