Tip from KJ: If you are jumping into a round without taking the time to warm up, throw a lightweight Valkyrie on the first few holes. You can get a full flight with a smooth throw at 50-75% power. This will give you a chance to warm your muscles up before throwing that 175 gram Destroyer!
