The first Saturday in August brings us our Favorite Holiday! National Disc Golf Day! We trust that you are having a blast this weekend throwing your favorite discs on your favorite course! Today is a day of celebration and even Bogeys are not all that bad as long as you are enjoying the time with friends!
Disc Golf popularity has exploded and today I wanted to point out a few things to be excited about as we continue to #GrowTheSport!
Five disc golf courses are installed every day! That is such an amazing statistic! Even though your favorite courses are probably more crowded than they have ever been it is likely that you have new courses to explore popping up all around you!
There are over 13,000 courses worldwide! Most of this growth has happened in the last ten years!
Disc Golf has now reached over 79 countries! Just think someone on the other side of the world probably just missed their 10 footer for birdie as well!
