These sought-after discs tend to fly more overstable than other versions of the same mold and are extremely consistent, so you can trust two Halo discs of the same mold to have identical flight characteristics every time. The Process Behind Halo Discs:

Innova’s proprietary Halo injection process involves combining two different types of plastic into one disc. This process results in distinct flight plates and rims that look like they were designed by an artist instead of a machine. Unlike traditional Star plastic, which is created with just one type of plastic, the dual injection process creates a disc with two distinct tones – hence the name “Halo”. Our team at Innova has perfected this process over decades of research and development, resulting in discs that are not only beautiful to look at but also incredibly reliable.

Unique Flight Characteristics:

Due to its dual injection process, Halo discs tend to fly more overstable than their Star counterparts even when both discs are made using the same mold. This adds an extra layer of predictability and consistency for players who want to trust their disc selection every time they throw one off the tee or from deep in the fairway. While we don’t recommend replacing your favorite Star molds with Halos entirely, these unique disc will certainly add some spice to your next round!
